Jonagold Apples

Characteristics: The fruits are large (over 225g), oval-spherical in shape, yellow-green in color, sprayed with intense red. The flesh is light yellow, crunchy and juicy. The taste is perfectly balanced, sweet and finely acidic, with a pleasant aroma. The fruit continues to ripen after harvest, so in December the peel has an oily film, which makes this variety unmistakable. It is harvested in October, it is a very good winter variety, whose fruits, in optimal conditions, can be stored up to eight months after harvest.
