Characteristics: The fruits have a very attractive appearance, of variable size (150-180g), spherically flattened. The color of the fruit is light red, with whitish spots. The flesh is juicy, sweet, very fragrant, with a crunchy, special texture. When overcooked, the pulp becomes floury. This type of apple is recommended for the preparation of jam, compote, juice, cider, vinegar and brandy. The fruits are good to harvest towards the end of October, they resist very well in storage, until March.
